Our Vineyard Wedding Services

Viognier Vineyard Venue Selection

This package is for couples who need assistance finding the perfect vineyard for their wedding. This is a very significant decision in the wedding planning process and sets the stage for the entire event. Services include the following:

  • Research appropriate vineyards based on the couple’s personality, budget, and style, and provide the top four most compatible venues
  • Provide a side-by-side analysis of the costs associated with each venue (cost analysis will not only compare base venue fee but also include the costs for additional items such as tables, chairs, linens and a tent, if needed, which are not already included in the base venue fee. Comparison per venue is then based on actual “total cost” with everything included
  • Confirm the wedding date is available and coordinate on-site tours and wine tasting sessions
  • Review and negotiate the venue contract
  • Be available for unlimited phone, text, and email communication
  • Attend on-site vineyard tours with the couple, if requested

Chardonnay Month of Coordination *this is our "Day of Coordination"

This package includes your rehearsal, ceremony, and reception coordination. You absolutely want these moments to flow smoothly and on time, allowing you to focus on the excitement of getting married! Services include:

  • Organize the wedding rehearsal and ceremony
  • Inform the wedding party of their positions and responsibilities
  • Discuss etiquette and a seating plan with ushers and groomsmen
  • Coordinate with the officiant, musicians, and other vendors on the wedding day
  • Inspect the ceremony site for proper setup
  • Create, distribute, and implement a detailed itinerary for the wedding party and vendors on the wedding day
  • Confirm all ceremony and reception vendors and verify that their contractual agreements are met during the ceremony and reception
  • Research accommodation options for out-of-town guests, coordinate room blocks, and deliver guest hospitality bags, if provided
  • Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors on your wedding day
  • Contact all vendors a week before the wedding to confirm details
  • Be available for unlimited phone, text, and email communication
  • Attend one meeting at the venue
  • Provide last-minute vendor recommendations, if needed
  • Act as your lead wedding consultant

Investment starts at $1,500.

Cabernet Franc Comprehensive Vineyard Wedding

This package includes all services, making it the most stress-free collection available!  Services include everything listed in the Viognier and Chardonnay packages plus the following:

  • Design a beginning budget and create a spreadsheet with a breakdown of associated wedding costs per budget category
  • Organize and provide a timeline guide for all action items from the initial planning session through the wedding day
  • Assist in selecting the perfect vineyard or other venue, if desired, for related events such as the rehearsal dinner or farewell brunch
  • Assist in design and décor, specifically floor plan arrangement, table configuration, floral placement, lighting options, linen choices, and centerpiece selections
  • Track RSVPs and call remaining invitees after deadline
  • Coordinate additional activities for out-of-town guests
  • Assist in transportation booking and schedule timing as appropriate per wedding schedule

Investment starts at $4,500.

Design-Your-Own Flexible Selections

To meet each bride’s personal needs, Weddings by the Vine welcomes you to create your own custom NC winery wedding package. You can choose any of the bullet points from any cluster above, plus any of the flexible selections listed below:

  • Two-hour consultation (for those who just need a starting plan or help along the way)
  • Rehearsal dinner or farewell brunch planning
  • Vineyard engagement
  • Rehearsal and ceremony direction
  • Vendor selection
  • Event design & décor sourcing
  • RSVP management

Investment starts at $150 for individual items. The average 2015 Design-Your-Own cluster was $2,750.
